Origin
In 1987, Dr. Nayana Vyas founded the first Family Physicians Group medical office in Orlando, Florida. Her vision: to create a healthcare system that ensures that a patient's care and treatment is planned and followed through by a team of experts consisting of a primary care physician, hospitalist, case manager, social worker and most importantly, the patient and his/her family. With over 23 years of experience specializing in family practice and geriatric care, Dr. Vyas has established an organization based on the fundamentals of serving our patients with professionalism and care.
Providers
The physicians at Family Physicians Group have been chosen due to their achievements and medical skills. Our team focuses on preventive services, continuum care and coordination of care. Expertise, teamwork and commitment to quality compliment the FPG vision of helping people find the answers and the support they need to manage any illness.
