1. Where can I find the nearest FPG office location?

We suggest that you refer to the providers page of the website. There you will find all nearby neighborhood FPG offices and affiliates "By Location". What's more, our easy-to-use "Find a Doctor" search engine allows you to refine your search for the right physician.

2. What are your hours of operation?

All of our office locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. Additional hours, such as Evening Hours and Saturday Hours are available at select locations, like Family Physicians of Semoran. These additional hours of operation may change, so please call in advance to confirm.

3. How do I qualify for FPG's free transportation service?

Family Physicians Group currently offers transportation services to our members under ten miles away from participating FPG offices in and around Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Azalea Park, Buena Ventura Lakes, Casselberry, Clermont, Conway, Edgewood, Hunter’s Creek, Kissimmee, Leesburg, Longwood, Metro West, Orlando, Rosemont, Waterford Lakes, Winter Park and Winters Springs. Members must participate in or be a member of a Medicare Advantage Plan that we accept. To receive this service, you must first complete and submit the necessary applications in our office (approval may take up to three weeks).

4. Do you have bilingual physicians?

Yes. Most Family Physicians Group physicians speak English and Spanish. If your neighborhood FPG physician does not speak Spanish, rest assured that one is not far away.

5. Which insurances do you accept?

We accept Medicare, Medicaid and HMOs, such as Citrus Health Care, Citruscaid, WellCare, Healthease, Staywell, Physicians United Plan (PUP), Preferred Care Partners (PCP), United Healthcare, EverCare and Universal Health Care. We also accept American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), Americhoice, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Coventry Health Care & Affiliates, Great West Health Care and Secure Horizons.

6. Do your physicians treat children?

Yes. Many of our physicians are credentialed as family practitioners.

7. Will a doctor visit me in my home?

Yes. Our At-Home Care follow-up increases patient-physician interaction to help manage chronic conditions. You may benefit if you are frequently hospitalized, functionally homebound and/or have a history of frequent falls, nutritional problems and a poor functional level. For more information, please refer to our page on At-Home Care.

8. Which hospitals do you cover?

Family Physicians Group’s very own hospitalist group, Physicians Hospitalist Partners (PHP) covers numerous hospitals in and around Orlando and Kissimmee, including Florida Hospital, Orlando Regional Health System (ORHS), Health Central and Osceola Regional Medical Center.
