At FPG, walk-ins are always welcome. Our office locations are open weekdays from 8a.m. to 5p.m. and extended hours and Saturday hours are offered at select locations. Additionally, we offer 24/7 access to an FPG physician by simply dialing your select FPG office.
Appointment Transportation
Participation in your medical appointments is essential to the success of your health care plan. FPG is committed to providing free, non-emergency, round-trip transportation (up to 10 miles) to select clinics for patients enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Community Outreach
We are dedicated to helping you access the social programs and resources available in your community. Our customer service representatives can assist you when applying for low-income subsidies and Medicaid benefits and we frequently offer our patients opportunities to attend health fairs and educational seminars. ACCESS (Automated Community Connection Economic Self-Sufficiency) Florida has opened ACCESS Sites in the community. These sites will provide quick an easy means to apply for public assistance regarding Medicaid, food stamps and cash assistance.
Comprehensive Care
Case Managers assist the physician in developing and following a comprehensive care plan. As licensed, registered nurses with extensive experience with industry practices, perform, among other things, daily hospital tracking; total care and follow-up from the clinic to hospital to nursing home to the patient’s home; and education on Advance Directives.

Our hospitalist group, Physicians Hospitalist Partners (PHP), manages your care at the hospital and nursing home level. PHP’s physicians serve FPG patients admitted to hospitals in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties and ensure you are effectively monitored after discharge.
