Celebrate National Doctors' Day

Does your doctor know just how much you appreciate him or her? All of our lives have been impacted by the care and compassion of a physician. Physicians are responsible for our health from birth to death, from the delivery room to the nursing home. They've set your broken arms, and immunized you against the next threatening flu strain. And now is the time to thank them.

In 1990, President George Bush officially declared March 30th National Doctor's Day. Doctor's Day is the perfect opportunity to show your doctor how much his or her hard work and dedication means to you.

There are plenty of ways to show your appreciation:

  • Send a thank you card - The classic option. It's never a bad idea to send a thank you card.
  • Email a message - If you don't want to buy a thank you card, just send an email.
  • Give them a gift - A small gift is fine. Hint: Doctors like chocolate.

Or Tell Us Why Your FPG Doctor is Great

If you'd like to share some kind words about your FPG doctor, we encourage you to tell us why he or she has made your life better. Send us an email or drop by our Facebook page and send us a message. We will be sharing the best testimonials on our Facebook page during the week leading up to National Doctor's Day.

Here are some examples of testimonials we've already received:

George and I have been seeing Dr. Campo for many years. He is an exceptional doctor [...] He always calls us with test results, which is a great comfort. He is #1 in our books.

-George & Connie Tomecek

[We] love Dr. Bill Byrd. He will be our doctor as long as we live. He is very professional, caring and he treats his patients like family.

Dr Mohandas is very thorough and kind. She always has time to answer questions and make suggestions. When I was going through a very tough time medically she helped me and even gave me a hug. That meant a lot at the time, and still does.
