Yeny Andrade, M.D.
Dr. Yeny Andrade is a board-certified physician with 17 years of experience specializing in Family Medicine. She earned her Doctorate degree from the University of Miami and completed her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and she has also been recognized as the Chief Resident in Family Medicine. Dr. Andrade speaks both English and Spanish.
Dr. Andrade is an established and highly skilled physician who understands the ever-evolving needs of the senior population. She believes senior patients that have more access to preventative, chronic and acute healthcare with expert providers who are available to promptly meet their needs, will be able to live longer, healthier lives. Dr. Andrade always emphasizes the importance of taking her time with each patient, this allows her the opportunity to get to know them while listening to their concerns and health goals. This assists her in developing a personalized treatment plan that addresses her patient’s specific needs, which she then explains with detail so that they understand their plan of care. Dr. Andrade defines the right relationship with her patient as one based on trust, respect and communication. She believes these are values that foster a successful, long-term patient-physician relationship where they collaboratively work together to achieve the patient’s wellness goals.
When she’s not at the office, Dr. Andrade enjoys participating in her community’s church as well as attending church events and spending quality time with her family.
